Explosions are Cool

No camera...Gavon was so cute. We had him wear his hat and sun glasses and the Steiner's neighbors decked him all out with his collar up and his hat backwards and sunglasses. So funny! We were able to hear the last of Lynn's and Ed Davenport's band at the Riverton Town Days. We also went swimming with Kit and Lynette and to the water park with Crystal and Sheila...way fun. At the fireworks with the Steiners, Shay was running around with a little American flag. Gavon loved the fireworks. His eyes were so big the whole time. He just sat there and watched them, which was the coolest firework show ever. Go Riverton! It had about 5 finally endings. This nice man next to us gave us some glow sticks, and Gavon loved that too. He held on tight to it the whole night.

Every 4th of July I'm reminded of this Simpsons. The guy that sold the firework to Homer says in an Indian accent, "Celebrate the birth of your country by blowing a piece of it up."
