Yesterday I did 7 quarts salsa, 7 quarts tomatoes, and the day before 7 quarts of peaches. It was lots of hard work, and having to buy the food made it almost not worth it, but nothing really beats home canned peaches. The salsa turned out pretty good too. Paul couldn't stop eating it. Whew, I survived. It's rainy today. I saw a skunk on my run yesterday, and this morning lighting and thunder made it exciting. Always stuff going on. Paul's about to start school. One more week of summer.
